The Cirrus 2M glider is designed to give you the most performance, reliability, and flexibility found in ARF gliders today. First, we started with a proven airfoil design and built around it a double shear-webbed, double spar, D-tube wing with an aluminum center joiner for maximum strength.

We then designed a fuselage to maximize tracking and responsiveness while retaining simple elevator and rudder controls. The rudder size, matched with the dihedral, gives the Cirrus 2M great maneuverability throughout the entire speed range. For landing, we gave the Cirrus 2M moderately sized spoilers - effective enough for reliable spot landings without creating difficult and hard to control descents. In fact, this may be one of the only widely available ARF gliders in the world today with built-in spoilers! The Cirrus 2M is ready to get you started in the RES (Rudder/Elevator/Spoiler) class gaining popularity at so many clubs nationwide.
