Fun Fly 90S ARF

Inspiring 3D aerobatics. The FUN FLY 90S from Model Tech is a large and easy-to-fly 3D aircraft. Pilots of smaller fun fly aircraft like the Magic will notice the improved stability in hover and predictability during high-alpha flight. However, unlike some aircraft with a long tail moment, the significantly short tail on the Fun Fly provides the pilot with much quicker snaps and spins.

If you're a sport pilot, you'll love the ease of assembly, amazing slow-speed handling from the low wing loading, and the overall great flying characteristics of the Fun Fly. If you're an accomplished 3D pilot, you'll enjoy the no-fear flying provided by this performance-minded, economically-priced, quick-to-assemble design.

Detailed Instruction Manual

Tech info for instructions:
Cg: 4.75-6.5 back from le at side of fuse
Throws: There's three: Low, High and 3d
Ail: (measured at tip): 1" low, 1.5" high, 3" 3D
Elev: (measured at widest point on the elevator) 1.25" low, 1.625" high, 3" 3D
Rudd: (measured at widest point on the rudder) 1" low, 1.5" high, 3.25" 3D
We suggest adding right thrust as the pilot feels is necessary. Usually between 2 and 4 degrees is sufficient.
Some pilots may wish to add elevator/flap mixing for high-alpha flight maneuvers. With the elevator in the 3D setting, full-up position, the flap should have UP travel of 50% to start. The pilot should then adjust this throw to his liking.
They must NOT use 3D for the first few flights until they are sure of the plane. They MUST NOT use full throttle too much, especially in dives. The 91XLS is recommended ONLY as a good choice for 3D extreme and freestyle aerobatics.
